At Zyra Camp, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Return request period
You have a period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be new, unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Customized or sale items are not accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return procedure

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at 📧 contaczyracamp@gmail.com, attaching clear photos of the damage, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
